What in the world is a "cake pop?"
A cake pop is made from four delicious ingredients:
Cake
Frosting
Melted Candy Coating
Sprinkles!
On the outside a cake pop has a firm chocolate or white chocolate candy shell. Bite down and find a scrumptious mixture of cake + frosting inside. Cake pops can be as simple or as complex as your imagination would like. From simple rounds to complex critters, if you can think of it, I will attempt it!
Inspired by Bakerella, I began experimenting with cake pops in 2010 and was addicted from my first attempt. They say that if you find what you love to do, you never work a day in your life, and I have found that to be true. I'm also incredibly blessed to have a husband who makes it possible for me to do what I love!
